Gift Aid Declaration
I am a UK taxpayer and would like The Christian Meditation Trust (UK) to treat all donations I make or have made in the last four years as Gift Aid donations until further notice.

I confirm that I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year that is at least equal to or higher than the tax claimed by all charities and CASCs from HM Revenue & Customs on my donation(s). I also understand that Council Tax and VAT do not qualify.

I am no longer eligible to claim gift aid.
